Updated: Jul 30, 2020

STEM Learning will be launching STEM Clubs Week 22-26 June 2020 and this year’s theme is sustainability. The week celebrates science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) clubs across the country, supporting educators and club leaders in establishing new and developing existing clubs as well as allowing young people the chance to meet STEM industry professionals and enquire into STEM careers.
The free online week-long event features a ‘design a sustainable city’ competition, webinars delivered by STEM Club Champions and Practical Action, talks by STEM Ambassadors and Design Club. Plus we’ll be setting daily fun challenges for all ages and abilities.
Daily sustainability topics are:
clean air, water and sanitation
sustainable energy
sustainable food
sustainable materials
sustainable construction
