Scotland in Space: Small satellites, big opportunities.

Thursday 4 February, 11.30 - 12.00.

Join us for our "In Conversation With" session with Pamela from AAC Clyde Space, who will tell us all about the space sector in Scotland.

Scotland’s space sector is growing faster than anywhere else in the UK. Ambitions to grow the value of the sector to £4 billion by 2030 creates a landscape of opportunity. This presentation will provide an overview of the space sector in Scotland, AAC Clyde Space EPIC small satellites and career opportunities.

These sessions are open to Teachers, Community Practitioners and STEM Ambassadors and are an opportunity to learn more about different STEM careers, topics and to meet some of our STEM Ambassadors.

The event will last for 30 mins and will include a presentation and time for questions. It will take place on Microsoft Teams and the joining information will be provided the day before.

The presentation portion will be recorded and made available after the event and ideal for using in the classroom.
