Get Involved

There are lots of ways to get involved in the STEM Ambassador Programme. As an Ambassador you can bring STEM to life with young people. As a teacher, you can benefit from a STEM professional from a variety of backgrounds visiting your classroom or taking part in your activity.

Education and Community groups

Your classroom projects and youth groups will benefit from STEM Ambassadors. STEM Ambassadors all receive training and become members of the PVG scheme Our enthusiastic volunteers can offer you a range of support:

  • Activities and events to enhance your programme or curriculum

  • Increased understanding of career paths

  • Links with businesses and further and higher education

The STEM Ambassador programme is not only a great way to engage and inspire young people to consider their futures in STEM but there's also a significant benefit for organisations who get involved too.
